We stayed here from 3/1 until this morning,3/4. This is our new favorite place to stay in PF! The staff was super friendly,the hotel was clean and spacious and the food was excellent. Fun fact...The pigeon Forge River Walk is directly behind the hotel so we spent a lot of time walking to and from The Island and the Old Mill District. The building is in a great spot and we will definitely stay here again!
I had a very pleasant stay at the Drury Hotel. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the staff was friendly throughout my visit. I really appreciated the free parking and the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. One of the highlights was the happy hour for paid guests, which included food—such a nice added touch that you don’t get at many hotels. Everything felt well-organized and comfortable, making the stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, a great value and a hotel I would definitely stay at again.
From the time we walked in this beautiful hotel, until the time we left. Everyone was so friendly, the rooms were very cleanbig, welcoming. The bed was so comfortable, just like home. The breakfast bar was definitely a bonus. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, fruit, biscuit, and gravy! Very delicious!!! What a great way to start your day. The Dinner was delicious. It was hot, a variety of choices. Coffee all day! Popcorn until 8:00. Fountain drinks all day. We stayed for four days, every time you met an employee they smiled and spoke to us. The parking could not have been better. I will be back soon and we’ll search other Drury Plazas in other states. Thank you, Drury Plaza for the warm, welcoming, friendly Home away from home.
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from March 6th to the 8th. The hotel is spotlessly clean, both inside and out, and is conveniently located. Every employee we encountered was friendly and courteous. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, and the staff member was incredibly helpful. The hotel offers ample seating areas for relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They also provide a complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. There’s a great bar and restaurant within the hotel. The hotel offers a happy hour every night with free food and drinks. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be staying here again when we visit Pigeon Forge. Thank you for the exceptional service!
You know I can't say enough about this hotel one of the best places! from the staff to the rooms to the food to the pool outside pool fireplace wow! Simply amazingly awesome place in pigeon forge tn!! If you haven't stayed you are missing one of the FINEST HOTELS!! Definitely will return hopefully on fall break! You made our spring break 2026! This is a fantastic hotel! The amenities are fabulous from the breakfast, to kick back and free beverages you can not go wrong. The food was very good as well. Celeste was fantastic and so very nice to talk to! She took a few minutes to share info about Drury Hotels and new ones they are building. Customer service top notch!
Every person from the moment we checked in was excellent and made us feel welcomed. Celeste, Tamsin, Ricky, MacKenzie, Frances, Cassie, Jacob, Jonathan, Zach, Shameka, Silvia, Chelsea, Steven, and Eddie were so kind and made us feel like Drury family!! My significant other had a birthday during our stay and Ms. Celeste, one of the Assistant General Managers, went out of her way to do something special for him. He was surprised and it made his day even more special! The daily free breakfast and kickback experience was so nice and the 3 adult beverages a bonus, for sure, if you are looking for that. This experience was awesome and we will definitely not only revisit this Drury again, but other Drury properties. Highly recommend! Tell them Kim and Shannon sent you!
Weekend getaway wife and I booked this place on a spur of the moment idea and I couldn’t have been more pleased glad I did. It’s beautiful and we actually had a hard time venturing out of the plaza due to the fact the Drury literally had everything that a person traveling could have needed already thought of and provided. I’d give 10 stars if could I just hope they keep up the tremendous service we are already planning another visit! BIG thanks to the awesome staff for the experience!
